Nia Coffeehouse
Nia Coffee House 6:00–8:30, every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at the Coventry Village Library, 1925 Coventry Rd., Cleveland Heights, 44118, and every 2nd Tuesday at Karamu House, 2355 E. 89th St., Cleveland. Live jazz and poetry. This program is intended for adult patrons.
Nia Coffee House @ Karamu is a collaboration among the museum, Karamu, and the Lit: Cleveland’s Literary Center. Nia Coffee House is a free event but donations of $4 are suggested. Coffee and hors d’oeuvres provided.

The Nia Coffeehouse supports jazz and poetry from classic sonnets and beat to Hip Hop poetry in Northeast Ohio. Coffeehouse organizers Vince Robinson, a poet and musician, and Cavana Faithwalker, the Assistant Director of Community Engagement at the Cleveland Museum of Art, encourages you to attend the open mic event. Anyone can share their work or just listen and enjoy the music and readings.
Free admission. Donations accepted.
